About Us
Manobal’s journey began with the mission of ensuring that no young person is excluded from education because of disability, social barriers, financial limitations, or lack of support after the age of 18. We provide accessible residential facilities along with support for higher education, competitive examination preparation, and career development.
Students are guided through a structured learning pathway based on their academic background, career goals, and individual support needs. The program includes preparation for examinations such as UPSC, state services, banking, police, and railways etc., along with training for private sector careers. Online learning programs and personality development sessions are also conducted to help students build confidence, communication skills, and independent lives.
Manobal means “strength of the mind.” It reflects the belief that true strength comes from within an individual. The name represents courage, resilience, and the determination to continue moving forward despite challenges.

Students come to Manobal with different challenges — disability, loss of family support, exclusion, financial hardship, and limited access to education and opportunities. Many lose guidance and support systems after the age of 18.

Students enter a residential, inclusive, and barrier-free campus designed to support different disabilities and diverse needs. Accessible infrastructure, accessible course material, and inclusive learning systems ensure that students can participate fully in everyday academic and campus life.

Living and Growing Together
Students from different social and economic backgrounds live together as a community. Persons with disabilities, youth from orphan backgrounds, lower-income groups, and transgender individuals share spaces, experiences, and opportunities.
The co-living environment encourages mutual support, belonging, and collective growth. Many students experience parental care, personlized guidance, and a nurturing environment for the first time in their educational journey.
