What you will work on

Content Strategy & Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teams to plan and execute content initiatives.
Understand campaign goals and create content that supports broader marketing objectives.
Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining consistency and clarity.
Contribute ideas for new content formats, topics, and storytelling approaches.

Editing, Research & Optimization

Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Conduct basic research to ensure factual correctness and relevance.
Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
Maintain content quality standards across all published material.

Must-have skills

1–4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
Good understanding of digital content formats (blogs, web pages, social posts, emails)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pieces
Clear written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote or collaborative environment

Good-to-have skills

Experience with SEO writing and keyword optimization
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms
Experience writing for NGOs, education, technology, or service-based organizations
Basic understanding of digital marketing and content performance
Ability to work with designers or content strategists
